About Student Service Office – SIMAD
We Collaborate to Empower Every Student
The Student Service Office at SIMAD University is dedicated to empowering students throughout their academic journey by offering a wide range of essential services and support systems. From managing academic records and issuing official documents to guiding student welfare and coordinating the activities of XAJSi (the official student government), our office plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, supportive, and enriching university experience.
We act as the central hub for student engagement, offering services like transcript requests, clearance letters, ID cards, lost-and-found assistance, and student complaint resolution. Beyond paperwork, we support leadership, career development, and personal well-being by facilitating student clubs, elections, volunteer opportunities, and student feedback channels.
